2 unit apartment building renovated by Accipiter (Accipiter was general contractor; Accipiter principal Adam Chern was lead carpenter). We restored the original clapboard siding and constructed new detached garage. Interior was fully gutted with new floors, walls, ceiling, and fixtures installed. Building was transformed into a 2-unit residential condominium and the units were sold in 2004.
