Accipiter Properties and the former Stepping Stone Dental Partners worked together in 2010 to re-develop a tired medical clinic located at 5510 Medical Circle. The corporate headquarters of Stepping Stone were also located at 5510. During construction, numerous green features were employed, including the installation energy-saving LED recessed canned lighting. Newcomb Construction provided general contracting services.
