Accipiter treated us like family instead of tenants. They saw us as people and not just a filled unit and a dollar amount. No issue or concern was left unattended. They were very quick to respond and take great pride in their properties. Accipiter is an asset to the Madison Community. I have lived in several places around the world but no place felt as much like home as the apartment we rented from Accipiter Properties.
