Hands down the best landlord

I have rented houses for almost 10 years, Adam Chern from Accipiter Properties was hands down the best landlord I have ever had. He sincerely cares about the tenants and makes himself personally available if there's ever a need to call. He is friendly, professional, trustworthy and made renting from Accipiter Properties a great experience. I highly recommended Accipiter Properties, their houses and landlords are the best in Madison.
